it was harry himself who saved harry at the lake from the dementors when the dementors were kissing sirius

It was Harry. It was him when he went back in time with Hermione and her Time Turner. He realised that it wasn't his dad, and conjured his Patronous at the last minute, Harry just thought it was his dad from the other side of the lake because they look exactly alike, except for Harry's green eyes. He doesn't find out till later about his dad being an unregistered animagus until later, which is why is Patronus is a Stag.

Harry Potter saved himself. At first he thought it was his dad producing a patronus, but really it was Harry that went back in time to cast the aprtonus and save himself.

Harry saved himself. The person on the otherside of the lake was himself but he used Hermiones time turner to go back in time and save himself.

Hermione allowed Harry and herself to go back in time to save Sirius Black from the Dementors, using a special clock Professor McGonnagall gave her. Once in the past, Harry saw himself and Sirius being attack by dementors by the lake, and rememberred that he saw someone, who he thought was his dad, save him. He watched and waited for his did to appear, but then realised he hadn't seen his dad, but himself. He then cast his patronus and saved himself and Sirius

Hermione saved him by allowing him to go back in time and cast a Patronus from across the lake to save himself, as well as Sirius.
