Everybody does NOT agree with you - the US is not the cause of terrorism. Fanatical nutcases who believe in some misguided notions are. What peaceful methods are you saying failed? How is targeting innocent civilians in a suicide bombing justifiable? How is crashing airplanes into buildings even remotely OK to you? What crazy notion of "justice" are you trying to promote here? The main aim of Islamic "war" is not justice, if targeting buildings and boats and subways with innocent people is how they go about it. That is terrorism, and there is no justification.

No, no justification. Actually the countries are pretty divided. There are the majority of the people, who are peace-loving every-day people, and they are happy to see the US come in and liberate them from the extremist groups who've had them under their power since they control the armed forces. This is who the US is fighting, not the people who just want to live a normal life, but haven't been able to.

Whether that is the US's main intention, I don't know, but the terrorists (the extremist factions controlling the weapons) are not justified in what they do. If they want to fight a war, then they should fight a war against an army, they shouldn't blow themselves and innocent people away to get their message across. If their message were powerful enough on its own (like the message of civil rights, which saw its victory through passive resistance) then they would not have to resort to such horrific and disgusting modes of communication. But their beliefs, to push their extremist views and way of life on others and wipe out those who do not think like them, is never a good cause, and so they resort to terrorism. They are against freedom, but in the end, that cannot win without killing many people, because most people love freedom and wish to attain it.

You can never justify killing of people, not matter what the cause may be. Take the example of India, which gots its freedom by following the path of nonviolence under the guidance of a great person called Gandhi. It was the most unique form of agitation where people just used to stand against all ill treatments of british people in a peaceful manner without resorting to any kind of violence and not succumbing to any kind of provocation. This may be a tougher path but tougher path will make you a great person, not any form of terroism. I am not a great preacher but my mind tells me that terrorism is way choesen by cowards.

Terrorism, which is the deliberate targetting of civilians, should never be justified. To do so would be a dangerous thing for the security of us all with the availability of modern weapons. If you call something a 'war' then you should at least limit your targets to military or combatant ones.

Yes, the US seems to be on the road to creating a global hegemony, but the Muslim faith isn't free from this desire either.

There isn't any justification for terrorism. It is murder plain and simple.

I suggest you do a lot more research on who, what, where, when and why before you go pointing your finger at the United States.

If is wasn't for the United States much of the Islamic nations would be under the Nazi Flag. Look at how far the Nazi Armies had gone into North Africa and what their objectives were.

Sure the Nazi's hated and murdered Jews and if they successful who do you think would of been next? Remember the Nazis wanted racial purity.

whatever allegations you are making against the US were applicable to England when they were ruling over India. But Gandhi did find a way to make his voice heard without resorting to terrorism and India became independent.History is full of examples where the oppressed fought legitimately and won their rights without resorting to terrorism as when you resort to terrorism it is the Innocent people who become the victims and not the oppressors
