b/c its their job...unless you want someone teaching your kid at school that abstinence is the best way.. Those abstinence classes don't teach kids about condoms or safe sex..or std's...

The family is the core. Each core has different values and beliefs. It would not be proper for me to attempt to teach sex education to a person whose religious beliefs differ from mine with reference to private areas of the body or on how men and women should interact. That is one good reason to advocate for the family teaching sex ed.

It is the responsibility of parents to ready a child for adulthood. The more a child knows about life the more prepared the child is to tackle life. If the child learns the basics from the parent they are more receptive to the facts when they are taught in school.

Your question is not clear but it seems i have got what you mean,if the child is a boy then the father is the best person and if the child is a girl then the mother is the best person.
