i am of the opinion that there should be separate toilets for ladies only because existing public toilets are in bad shapes , stinking and embarassing for females especially who are in their periods,

there are sulabh souchalyas( NGO toilets) but what you hope for cannot be alone fulfilled by the govt. it has to be a private enterprise which has to take initiative. but your idea is very good
