I'd like to hear if anyone in this age range has tried them as well as the Md line for ance. I have also heard about the other mineral makeup as well and I'm just trying to figure out which I should try. I'm 21, I have pretty big pores on my nose, very oily skin and some ance but since I started using Differn it has helped but also made my skin slightly peel. I have read the info on the Bare Minerals/Escentuals website but I dont see any info from someone more my age, any answers will be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Yes, I have been using it I am 27 but some of my friends in the age range from 20-25 also use it and love it. It has cleared my skin up dramatically and I have also switched to a gel cleanser to wash my face which seems to help with the large pores. If I were you I would get a starter kit. I have found they are cheaper at Sephora then at Bare Escentuals.

To be quite honest with you, there are now much better mineral makeup than BE. Try Everyday Minerals at everydayminerals.com. These are the purest minerals and the price is 1/5 of BE. Also, the company sends generous samples for free. Remember that BE contains Bismuth that causes itching. EM does not contain any of these awful elements.

I actually tried the bare minerals after I had a face peel and my face was peeling. I haven't gone back to liquid, I love it. I have oily skin as well and use a mattifing product before applying my foundation.

I don't use Bare Essentials but I always see the avertisment on TV and for the most part all of the women that model the makeup on tv are more mature women so if it works on them and they probably have age spots, wrinkles, sun damage ect. to cover up, then it should definately work for you being that you are only 21 years old. I am sure your skin doesn't have as much wear and tear.

Bear essentials is good for any age, i am 18 and i use it, my mom is 48 and she uses it. if you go to sephora they will pick out your skin color make-up. Then i would recommend you get the starter kit. it comes with
-Two Shades of bareMinerals SPF 15 Foundation to ensure the perfect match.
-bareVitamins Skin Rev-er Upper: can be applied daily before applying bareMinerals its a lotion that makes the skin soft and help the foundation absorbe into your skin
-Mineral Veil: provides a translucent finishing
-Warmth All Over Face Color: is the perfect bronzer
-Flawless Application Brush
-Full Coverage Kabuki Brush
-Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush
-And A How-to DVD to show you how to apply it

and my i recommend Bisque. just put it on top of you acne and it will make the redness go away. i would recommend it, my dermatologist recommended it for me. And it helps clear up acne, and it is good for your skin. it is light weight and does not clog pores. i would not use anything other then bare essentials once i tried it.
