100 acres(about 50 hecters). if you have US dollar figure that would be great thx. decent rainfall. definatly non racist area.

In the USA that would likely be North or South Dakota. It depends on what you want to grow. You can get land in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Montana for as little as $50/acre but you can't grow much there. Generally in good farmland areas it will cost you ~$2,000/acre or more anywhere in the US. It might be a little cheaper in Canada, like Manitoba or Saskatchewan.

I'd go with some country in South America that doesn't have any drug lords that would force you to grow drugs.
