he-man is Strong the most power full man in the universe, superman is probably the most power full man in his universe so we will put them even in strength, superman would be faster but he man has better hand to hand fighting skills as prince Adam he had to be trained to defend him self, super man can fly giving him a major advantage but he-man has a sword, last superman is almost invincible except kriptonyte and magic, so he-mans punches probably wouldn't do much but his sword is full of majicy goodness lol, it would be a great fight but i think he-man might take it

He man. He man is powered by the MYSTICAL powers of Gray skull. Superman is weak to both krypotonite and magic, which most forget. A fight like this would end up being much like Supeerman vs. Captain Marvel fight in Kingdom Come. Plus, Superman rarely goes the extreme of finishing off an opponent.

He Man was very strong but Superman is in a totally different league, he can stop planes and lift 18ft statues, plus the guy could fly.

Superman. He man is tough, be he like some type of sapce hercules. Superman is impervious to everything, can fly, is really fast, has freeze breath and heat vision.
