Create a startup diskette with your windows system. Then insert the diskette you've just made and restart your computer. Enter the BIOS setup program and set the floppy drive as the first booting device. Save the settings and restart your computer. It should boot from the diskette and load the OS on it. Now, after the computer starts and you see the DOS prompt, type "A:" then "format C:" (without quotes) and follow the instructions depending on what you want to do with your hard-drive.

Put your XP CD in the CD drive and boot the PC off it
Should start the Windows install
About 4 to 5 screens into the install it will ask to format the HD
Once the format is complete, if you do not want to install Windows, just reboot the PC
