You have the rights outlined in the Constitution, plus the rights of being secure in your property and secure in your person. I don't know of any right to not be offended.
Freedom of speech rights refer to PUBLIC speech. This is not a public street, but a private area. Yahoo is our host here, and we are guests. If hosts wish to forbid certain types of behavior in their 'homes', then our choice is to honor our host's wishes or not visit.

This site is has some draw backs, yes we have freedom of speech in America but there are some limitations, now if you threaten someone, now you are breaking the law. People says things that offend everyone every minute of every day thats the nature of man and women kind.

Freedom of speech exists but the law has provisions for speech that cross into defamation of character...libel and slander.
Defamation is defined to be the tort or delict of "...publication of a false statement of fact, made with the requisite state of mind, that causes injury". The burden of proof lies with the Plaintiff.
That you can sue for.

No/Yes
If you are offended by someone you need to tell them this and request them to stop.
If it continues then you can move forward with legal actions.
You have a the constitution that protects our right of freedom of speech. It doesn't state you can belittle someone. You can disagree and put your point across.

If you say something that offends people, they can ask you to leave if you are on their property. You can say anything you want - but you can't force people to hear it.
This site is owned by yahoo and they do not have to broadcast your message for you if they don't want to.

Please come to your front door with your hands clearly visible and held above your head. Make absolutely no sudden moves. Then we will all take a little ride downtown and talk about it.

you got proof? if it's bad like sexual harrassment, yea. you can. actually, if they were harrassing you, yea you can. just need proof. because it's an insult if others are harrassing you and it takes away your freedom of rights.
