U can have fried eggs for lunch even on ur diet avoid taking egg during night.

The eggs are good. They are protein, which is harder fof the body to digest so it stays longer in the system - and you don't get hungry again as rapidly.
Careful with the frying part - use pan spray or non-stick pan. It's the oil that will get you.
I love vegetable omelets - that way I get the protein and the veggies all in one.

If you are on a high protein diet without carbohydrates you could put your kidneys at risk because kidneys do not breakdown high levels of protein. The only diet to be on is one with a doctor or dieticians suppervision. They don't cost much and do not put your body at risk of injury.

Eggs are excellent for health but if you fry them use Pam instead of butter or oil
