Yep it is.

Drink plenty of water, this is supposed to help and make sure you're getting your vitamins A, B2, b3, c and e.

Make sure you are cleansing your skin properly.

If you have full on acne you should see your doctor as there are various prescription treatments!

Yea...it's normal; my mom is 43 and still gets pimples, not alot but occiasnoly she does. My aunt had bad acne also so she had it even passed 26. If you wash your face with a 5% benzoil peroxide wash and use clearasil 3 times a day and moisturize after washing your face should clear up in a matter of 4-6 weeks

You don't say what type or colour of spots they are.
They could be freckles, or discolouration caused by sun exposure.
Or do you mean acne spots, like pimples??
If so, yes, it is normal to still get pimples in your 20s and 30s, and if you are a female, it can be linked to your menstrual cycle.

Yes, because your hormones are still active. If it is bothersome and doesn't get better with over the counter products then you should see a dermatologist. They can help.

I still get outbreaks occasionally and i am 27, I think some of us poor souls are just plagued for life with them!!!

If they are the same color as the "magic marker" in your hand... try not nodding off, when you hold the marker face up.
