In round 2, RATT easily beat out the Scorpions. Whinger and White Lion tied and since I voted for Winger, Winger has it.
I'm going with Winger on this one...but it's almost too close to call.

I'm sorry, kojak. I know you are disappointed that there is something we don't have in common, and feel that I must explain myself. I'm not really all that familiar with Winger. The only song I can remember is "Seventeen", which I loved.
RATT? Well, I just remember more of their songs. I didn't necessarily like them better, I'm just more familiar with their music.
If you want to expand my knowledge of Winger, I might answer differently on round 4, but for now, and only because the quantity of the songs I know is better for RATT, not the quality, I'm gonna go with RATT.

Winger was a joke, Ratt had better albums, better concert by Ratt, saw them in the 80's Round & Round all the way !!
