I usually do that when I want to peek a guy's interest... I tend to wearing nice flowly skirts with nothing under...it's great when you wanna fool around in the car or have a quickie...and I just get so turned on knowing that at any moment he may know I am not wearing anything under...and hopefully he wants the same thing I want...

There are many girls and women even now in Indian villages who have no knowledge of the use of panties. They move around with a top with out anything at the bottom, at times with a loin cloth. As long as you consider them as ladies, they go out wearing no panties.
