If u have a camera phone then just take a pic of him from the net and set as wallpaper

Tell me what size your phone wallpaper is and your make of phone (i.e. what kind of file it accepts ... probably JPG) and I'll see what I can do.
Pikapoke's is probably the easiest solution, though.
