Why do that? Sell your land and get some money. With real estate the way it is, why do you want to take from the public to benefit you?? That or get a job and put the kids in daycare.

Contact your local Habitat for Humanity, Community Action Agency, Church organizations, City Hall etc.
Most have programs available.
