America is supposed to be the most successful country in the world (argueably) but it borrows money. For what?

What countries is the USA borrowing from? Site your sources!!!
I have never ever heard of that ever happening!!!
WE give our money away with the HOPES of getting it repaid. Never happens though!!!
The US aids other countries but never has a country come to our aid. With monetary means.

I'd say the vast majority of our riches are held privately by our citizens. So, by comparison, our gov't is not that rich.
And I don't know how much we necessarily borrow, but i do know we issue treasury notes to foreign countries. These do not accumulate interest, however they are bought at a discount which we then repay the full amount. I.e. Spain gives us 80 but we'll pay back 100 in 10 years. The initial money is given as an investment in the USA, but the money owed becomes a part of our debt. So we take in money today to repay more later. We just hope our economy is strong enought to, say, turn out 105 from the 80, so we make a profit.
At least that is one source of our national debt.

One reason is that the US gives alot of it away to other countries, when we need it here in the US. On top of that, we pay interest on the money borrowed. Bet the politicians don't handle their own money that way.

Becoz they are begging from centuries. Their economy is based on death selling business. they are making WMD and selling to other countries. USA is root cause of creating misunderstanding between them and then selling weapons to these countries. They played a hired murderer role in the war against Iraq and Afghanistan.

errr wow those guys up there are dumb... Pls go check any reliable website, it will tell u america has negative overall savings... can u imagine? negative savings... it owes China trillions of dollars..u can choose not to believe it yanks, but then it's absolute fact.(go check any reliable website)
