Depends on how long you've been friends. Would your friendship be strong enough to survive if she didn't feel the same?

Tell me about it! I've experience that same problem. I ended up not telling him at all... I valued friendship more... Friends are forever but lovers sometimes fade. That was a long time ago and we're still very good friends now.

I would suggest you to wait for the right time like when both of you are enjoying the most,please dont tell her when she's occupied with something else,but see that its not too late,go ahead,be confident and make your move at the right time,i know you will succeed.its only when you tell her what you feel for her,she too will open up about her feelings for you.if she doesnt have feelings for you the way you feel,just tell her that we be friends.let love not terminate your friendship.Good Luck!
