Go to "configure -> File system auto-protect -> Notifications" and un check notification option.

Yes. Just open Norton AV and go into configuration and set it to Do not notify. But you should check occasionally anyway because you may not find out if Nortons fixed it not. It depends how much you value your personal information on getting into somebody hands and being abused. Good luck!

While I'm a McAfee user, I'm sure it's a simple matter of changing your preferences.

A better question might be: what kind of sites are you going to that you're receiving these repeated notices?

Why would you want it to stop giving information,you could just stop downloading rubbish and watch out where you go on the net.
