you need to look at your own government website for that info...
This isn't a standardized measurement as, for example, UK issued passport photos are NOT the same size as what is acceptable to the US Immigration dept.

Depends why country passport you require. The USA is a lot different to Australia for instance. Check the government website for instructions!

Go to somewhere that takes passport photos. The Australian govt have just introduced new regulations governing photos e.g. can't smile, no teeth showing etc. Get the professionals to take yr photo, don't try it yourself.
