The song I am thinking of must have been written in or around the 1970's. I heard it in IKEA, and all i can remember from it is this:
"Whoooa
Wooa
Wooa
Wooa"
Any help at all about who sang it and the song name will be much appreciated. (plus, no, it isn't 'whats new pussycat')

That would've been my answer... Unfortunately you've already mentioned Tom Jones and now I can't think of any other song it might be... sorry.

I tend to agree with the person who answered you first it IS "whats new pussycat" taken from the film of the same name.

Well if you think it's Tom Jones, that doesn't make it easy...a lot of his songs had whooas and whoas and whatnot...but could it possibly be Delilah?
