Yes they can. But not a deep throat sneeze. Just a sound of rushing air from there nose and throat.

Sneezing got nothing 2 do with sound....u will give out a sound automatically when u sneeze.

I heard that the ear, nose and throat are interelated. People who cannot speak can make noise when they sneeze. I think whistling is also a kind of voice which can be made , even though i have not come across anyone who have done so.

Sneezing does have sound,because the air coming out of the nostrils, will create a sound wave. This is immaterial of the person can talk or not.

Sure I happen to live nextdoor to a couple and they sneeze, caugh and all sorts of sounds, they tend to make more noise than an average person dose.

yeah,they cannot speak as we normal people but when they sneeze they have their own sound,,,that they knew..or used to it.
