Is this a building construction question, a pillow manufacturing question, or a Taco Bell question.
If its about buildings: erect. If its about pillows: soft: if its about tacos, some like 'em hard, some like 'em soft.

This follows the dimishing balance utility theory of economics. The more you use the tool, the faster is the changeover from erectness to softness.
Exceptions to the rule: Like in all theories there are exceptions to this theory as well :
The steepness in the cleavage of the girl who causes erection - steeper the clevage, more the erection.
The intellectual conversation the girl has with the man who gets erection. - intellectual girls are siad to arouse men faster.
Tighter vagina - greater stamina., (helps to hold erection for more time).
Longer the foreplay, shorter time for softclay.
Please do add some more exceptions to the rule - so that we can make a combined effort to get a phd degree on the subject.

depends, but usually it will grow about 3 times larger...so from 2 to 6 inches...or 3inches to about 8...our ***** are smaller when cold, like right out of the pool, so mine for example, is only 3 inches out of the pool, and grows to 8 in when hard....I have seen some guys that have only a 1 inch dick when cold, but it is 5 inches when hard...wizzard4angels will show if you like..
