You can check out www.phazeddl.com but you would have to deal with the silly rapidshare.de service which makes you wait for 70 minutes after downloading a 100 MB part (since games there are posted in 100 MB chunks)
Don't like to wait? Try BitComet! Download BitComet (Find it on Google) then go to www.torrentspy.com search for the game you want and click "Download Torrent" when you download the torrent for the game, open that torrent file you downloaded with BitComet (The software you just downloaded) to start downloading the actual game files.
