No. This is an urban legend that hasn't been substantiated.

A tight bra does negatively influence blood circulation, which may cause some problems, but cancer hasn't been proven. While a bra can serve to keep the breast tissue from tearing and losing elasticity, bras shouldn't be worn for more then 10 hours a day.

There are studies that suggest that. The main reason why tight bras are bad for breast health is because they restrict the lymph flow in your breasts. There are numerous lymph pathways and lymph nodes in the armpits, under the breasts, and in between the breasts.

So I would go easy on the bra straps!

YES! Don't do it! No really, and deoderant does not cause cancer either. However, those stick free pans...thats a different topic. We'll talk later, I am microwaving my breakfast with plastic wrap on it, and cleaning the bathroom with non-chemical cleaners.
