I have in fact got 5000 dollars, and love Wayne's World and even Wayne's World 2.
But my all time favorite would be 'Blues Brothers', lots of comedy moments, great stars and cheesy songs.

Tough question, even for a personal response.
Its difficult to compare, because movies change:
Its between:
80s - Trading Places / See no evil, Hear no evil
90s - Dumb and Dumber / Planes, Trains and Automobiles
00s - Road Trip, Anchorman, Dodgeball
