The driver had tons of alcohol and drugs in his system. Somehow, I doubt anyone could have planned that to happen for a conspiracy to occur.

i dont know much about this subject, but i do know that people love conspiracy theories, however absurd. i am just a little dubious as to where people get there information from, i mean, 'they bleached the area four hours after the incident' wouldnt that just scream goverment cover up? this could just be verbal gas to be honest. and even if it was organised by the goverment, what was there aim? the world loved Di, more so than a lot of the royal family, still today people moan about how she suffered at the hands of the tyrant Charles and his scrotum-faced bird Camilla (Di herself was an expert media manipulant), tourists came from the other side of the world for her, wouldnt the goverment be shooting themselves in the foot. and what if it did all get out that it was planned? anarchy, the goverment are very conniving and know better than that. also there are better ways, why not activate one of those mines that she was constantly skipping over? a car crash is a little brutal and unreliable. lets face it, its unlikely.

who knows the reasons why? But I find it strange that the scene of the crash was totally cleaned and bleached (yes bleached) 4 hours after the crash. No peicing together of the crash scene and subsequent inquiry. That is not normal practice.
As regards the reasons, there are many discrepancies around the subject so it will be difficult to know the real reasons behind it.
The facts of the authorites immeiate reaction really does beg questions which can lead to the theories of assasination.
It would be difficutl for the royal family when William becomes King and "head of the church" to have a muslim mother!
Sadly we will never know, it was a tragedy whichever way you look at it.

We may never know - but when you think about it:
JFK, Diana, Marilyn Munro, Elvis and so on - we have all heard theories that there was some conspiracy related to them.
It's natural for the public to ask if something is wrong when a person dies before they hit old age, especially if they are very well known.
Now - let's have a look at this. If the new Pope died (and we hope he doesn't) how long would it take for the theorists to come up with one that the church thought he was too radical, kind, etc?
I think accidents happen and we need to investigate but if no proof is forthcoming accept that as fact.

I don't think we'll ever know for sure, but my personal opinion is that it was just an accident. Unfortunately people die in car crashes every single day, so statistically it will happen to a celebrity or royal sooner or later. Whilst some people blamed the press and some the driver, I think it was just a combination of unfortunate events, which when all placed together, led to the accident.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on this subject, i personally think there was a conspiracy against her just because she did things the way the rest of the royals didn't, She was the best royal ever. She was a mother first a royal second. not the other way round like the rest of them.

A Royal conspiracy makes good reading and sells newspapers but it was probably just another fatal accident caused by human error.

I think it's possible. I don't think Charles was involved.Probably as has been suggested, Prince Philip pulled a few strings. He felt she was an annoying embarrassment anyway, and the rumor was she was pregnant by Dodi Fayed. Imagine the consequences of THAT on the stuffy older royals. It couldn't be allowed!

I think it was a royal conspiracy. She was a little bit too modern. She should give birth to her first child in the castle, and she didn't... And are a lot of breaking the laws in her acting.

You know what?... I guess that no one will ever know the truth surrounding this circumstance. Although, one would like to believe that it was an accident - but was it?
I adored her femininity - she was a true lady. In fact back in the 80's people told me that I resembled her. I loved her fashion sense and the way that she expressed real humanity for every living thing.
What a sad loss.

An unfortunate accident.
I just can't believe that Prince Charles, for all his faults, would agree to the murder of his children's mother. Can you?
No matter how she'd died, there would have been a conspiracy theory.
