life is all about choices- think about the last time you did something stupid...how did it make you feel, did it makes others proud of you? Did is make you feel good? Vice versa- the last time you did something cool did anyone stand in awe? Did you feel good?

When we do things and we like what we do, we can actually feel intellectual ideas and thoughts as beings or companions – they inspire us. We are aware of a much wider picture around the area of our immediate activities. This adds to our space and makes us feel comfortable and free. We know what we are doing and why we are doing. We know what we can do next. We identify and establish connection among things that take up our attention. This is state of harmony and coherence of mind.
But then come times when lose our focus; we do not feel that gusto or impetus to be active. We realise this fast mentally, but it is hard to detect it emotionally level. There are so many factors that affect our feelings: memories, things, people and thoughts. The result is that we see rifts and gaps instead of connections and continuations. We become critical and susceptible to attract criticism from others. We ask - what shall I do now? We wonder – why I am doing what I am doing?
This might not be your situation, or an answer to your question but these are few thoughts that I gathered in response to your question. But if you really want your day to be made according to you hearts desire then may be you need to rise early in the morning each time, as this is when days are made, I think.
