outside - on top looks like a little bump sticks out more when aroused. It rubs against the male pelvis in several positions (like woman on top, etc) It is hard for a lot of women to climax from G Spot stimulation - clitoral climax is much easier and more common so while having sex it is best for her or you to rub there or find a position that does it automatically. like her on top leaning down towards you with her chest.
