go to the clerk of the court and request a copy.most cities will charge $1.00 per page.ive done it several times myself..

At the County Clerk's office, but there is usually a fee; where I live it is $1 per page and if it is an older matter that has already been archived, they charge to you get the box out of storage (the matter I needed a copy on was 7 years old and the charge to get the box out of storage was $35 and I had to pay that in advance).
