I was recently visiting google group Indian-Cousin-Lovers. I found that their are many Indians facing this issue. Actually this question is more like counting on type of Love. Some found their Love everything. Just Love nothing else. Their whole world revolves around their love. For them Loving cousin is no different.
Mocking down such intense love would never be a good step. Most of the Cousin Lovers are gifted with true an pure love. They should stay with it. Social opposition is measure issue, That is some more critical issue. In some real life consequences Parents become furious on these kind of issues. They threat to give their own life in order to save such kind of marriage.
However this situation might be resolved by spreading some lights on cousin love facts. Like Cousin love Legal in Half of United states and perfectly legal in UK, Australia and European countries and South India.
If Love matters it should never be ignored. Cousin Love is also pure as like other Love.

End of the Day, its your life with your love, Not Society. Not your family.

Well, it's legal in Canada and the US as far as I know. What the family would think of it, I don't know - I think it depends on culture. Whether you'd want to tell everyone else that your spouse is also your second cousin, I don't know. There is probably a really small increase in the rate of offspring with genetic disorders compared with people who are not related, but lots of things that people do without batting an eyelash are more dangerous for their kids. In all likelihood, the kids would be just fine.

If you're really, really in love with your cousin, and can't go without them, then you need to tell your family that (however be prepared for some opposition!).
One point which may make them feel better about the union would be to say that you're not going to have children (to do so would be irresponsible and downright wrong), and suggest that if you do want children you will adopt, or use an unrelated sperm donor. Good luck!

Are you cousins by marriage or by blood and how close of cousins are you?
If cousins by marriage (no blood tie) party on and just deal with the opposition and stares.
If cousins by blood-- feel free to love eachother but dont plan to procreate. You kids may have deformities because of the DNA stuff.

Yes than go ahead and get married, there is no problem at all even in the islam religon they are doing this things and they belive that the things of the home should be in the home only....no one can takes it ........ so move forward

If you are audult then no need to worry, some festival or party explain them if they still refuse go to the temple and marry, after few days things will be normal. It will be good if your cousin earning money.

depends what type of cousin it is! My 1st cousin married our second cousin, i think that as long as it is not 1st cousins then it should be fine. Good Luck

You have to be atleast a distant 3rd cousin. If not, you will have deformed, retarded offspring.
