Just highlight the stuffs that you wan then press "Ctrl+C" and go to your email there and press "Ctrl+V". that's it!

With mouse::::
Select the thing that you wanna cut and paste using the mouse.
Then, right click upon the selection and left click on 'Cut' button.
Then, move towards the page where u wanna paste.
Right click again and left click on 'Paste' button.
With keyboard::::
Select the thing that you wanna cut and paste using the 'Shift' button of the keyboard.
Then, 'ctrl + x' at a time would cut the matter.
Move to the page where u like to paste the matter.
Press 'ctrl + v'.

Highlight what you want to cut. Right click, select cut. Open your e-mail, right click and select paste.

Highlight what you want copied; got to "Edit" toward the very top of your computer screen, and click on "Copy". Go to where you wish to put it (it will show up where the cursor is blinking on the page)...go back to "Edit" and click on "Paste"...and presto! it will appear.

highlight the text go to edit menu then cut and click to where you want to paste and then go to edit menu again choose paste.

whatever it is just highlight it then right click your mouse and a list will pop up and find copy and select that then go to your email and right click your mouse again and find paste and there you have it.
