We grow how we're supposed to. When she goes through puberty she'll get taller.

Ask a doctor! They have the ability to help some people grow taller, depending on the cause of her being below average in height to age ratio. On her own, a healthy diet promotes good growth.

Your sister can't grow taller by magic.
Her body has to make her grow.
By at least sixth grade she'll get her growth spurt.
She needs to go through the stages just like any normal person.
Tell her to not worry.
She's young, she'll get there.

Don't worry everybody grows at different rates ask this question again when ur 18 and the reason shes so tall is because girls hit puberty earlier than boys and in their first stage of puberty they grow faster boys usally grow faster at the end of puberty but ull see changes when u hit 16 ill promise u that.

Nahla ...how tall r u tho? is ur mum /dad having a good height or ur grandpa and grandma.. on either side of good height..cuz it does depend or heredity..

well as for a supplement u can ask her to add Soyabean food stuff in her diet .. its good for growing ppl..and should do her good..

and again .. ask her to do some streching exercises ..probably get a iron rod fixed so she can hang from there wid her hands holding it tight .. ask her to play basket ball etc..

It will help her ... :)

You are thinking in the wrong direction. She doesn't need to 'grow taller', she needs to learn to accept and appreciate what she has. Pining over what we were simply not provided with is a waste of time and energy. Try telling her that her height is fine and getting her to think about what she has, rather than what she lacks.

She can't! Poor thing...there's no way to increase people's height. It's (as far as I know) genetically pre-disposed.

Tell her i'm 5'9", and female, and I sometimes wish I was little and cute! Plus, she may have a massive growth spurt later on...I grew to about 5'8" in grades 6+7, so it could still happen!
