i am irratated down below from changing detergents i think. its not as bad as it was. im not useing tampons because when i take them out it hurts so i am useing femine napkins. what are some remadies that are quick healing?

use gold bond lotion (it may burn) or neosporin on the OUTSIDE only, nothing inside, including soap, as those may irritate you even more. Make sure you wear clean cotton panties and change your napkin often.

If it is that irrated inside then it probably gave you a yeast infection so you can try plain yogurt down there also eat it. It that doesn't work you really should go to the doctor. I have had enough of them to know when I have a yeast infection but if you haven't then you should ask a doc just in case. They can tell you to use a course of monastate of canastine. I think Monastate 3 is the best but it is even better if they prescribe a pill to take orally

Drink a LOT of cranberry juice. For some reason, that helps many infections and irritation.

Use a non-perfumed gentle lotion on the irritated area.

If that doesn't help, call your gyno in two days.

Try taking a bath in Epson Salt and warm water. It works wonders...

get detergants that are free of all dyes, perfumes , phospates , as far as tampons get the original ones without the scent and hopefully that will cure the prob. its all the things i mentioned above that causes irratation
