In his classic work 'Bruhathsamhita', Sage Varahamihira, who is the acknowledged Father of Indian Astrology, has warned that 'Anyone who makes predictions, in return for monetary compensations, will have his words proved false' !
...Try find an academic Astrologer, who does not practise Astrology for a living, and you'll have found a 'good' one !
