If you're considering plastic surgery I don't recommend it. I've never had plastic surgery but I can tell you it's not worth it if it goes wrong. The doctors tell you that something might go wrong and might reassure you that it won't. But fate is cruel and you never know the possibilities. If something does go wrong I know you're going to regret your actions. If something really bad happens when you look at yorself in the mirror you might wish you could go back to the way you looked before. If you really want to and are confident I won't stop you. Just consider the possibilities. I wish you the best of luck.

If that is what you feel would make you feel happier/more comfortable then yes, see a professional and discuss it. Make sure you know the pros and cons, how it will affect you in the future in terms of breast feeding (if applicable) and things like that. Really take the time to think it through and ask your Dr every little question, even if you think it is a bit stupid!
Bear in mind you may have some scarring. I have a scar on my breast following having a lump removed, and I am quite self-conscious about it.
I am a 32F and my back and shoulders ache constantly. I don't really want surgery but if anyone knows of a miracle cure for the aches I would be very grateful!!

If you believe in God, so you should think your creator knows better than you how to create you with this anatomy. If you believe in nature, will be the same concept.
The only thing which makes an exception is that during your life you might have an unhealthy diet resulting in changing the nature of anatomy dramatically. In that case the following instruction can be helpful:
1.Correct breathing and body posture, you should count from 1to 6 while breathing in and 1to17 until you breath out.(after a while you will get use to it without counting the numbers).
2.Drinking about 4-8 glass of water per day.
3.Exercise.(Walking,etc).
4.Checking overall health.(Medical tests).
5.Prevention. Avoiding unhealthy drinks, food , and habits.
6.Eating variety of Healthy food.
7.Self Realization / Thinking at present.
8.Sufficient sleeping.

I would say - it depends on you and how distressing you are finding it to be the size you are.
If it is really causing you serious discomfort, then it might be helpful, but think it through carefully.
If it is because you are getting the wrong kind of attention from men, I sympathise, but think you should find yourself a lovley man who loves you for you but also appreciates your assets.
Lots of women will envy your size - so many women feel they are too small. It's awful for us women to feel that we have to be some "perfect" size in order to fit in.
I had my boobs reduced when I was 20 - it felt as if everyone was seeing my breasts first !!
Later I regretted it and have since had implants...so take lots of advice and think it through carefully. The important thing is for you to feel good about yourself and love your body. If you can love the body you're in, it's a plus. I bet you look gorgeous, and there are lots of brilliant supportive bras that feel comfortable.
Good luck xx

Don't! Breasts are a mark of femininity. Breasts are a beauty of woman hood. Shave your head, that will take mens focus off your breasts...Seriously though, in the end if you do decide, get plenty of opinions and research the surgeons that perfom such proceedures. Even if you have to go out of state.

I would...I'm only a 36 D and I already KNOW that I am having them reduced (and lifted) when I am 40.
I already have pain in my shoulders and back and I can't hardly buy blouses off the rack that fit me proper. I have to buy a size bigger to fit the bust area.
If you are uncomfortable and have the means, get them done.
More power to you girl.

reducing them would be a great idea because I am sure you are having painful trouble with them. I would get them reduced down to a C because even D sized breast can get painful as I am a Double D and they give me hell!!!

i want mine done too, 36 dd i used to be 38E but i lost weight, and the size reduced, if your breast give you back pain talk to your doctor they may be able to give you a reduction on NHS due to medical reasons, but it is a very risky procedure, alot more dangerous than an enlargement, that is what is putting me off
