not all girls do like that. Unnecessary anger will give u a lot of diseases both mental and physical diseases.
whenever you get anger just try to be quiet and count from 1to 100 in ur mind till u feel that u have lost that anger. otherwise go out and see the nature or some other people around you watch them or see the animals around you. within minutes u will be cool and within months all ur angry will fly off from you.
hope this helps but only if you practise it.

Common yes acceptable no, you are aware of what you are doing and only you can stop it. Everyone has days when they feel grumpy, would rather stay in bed than face the world or just want to be alone but making everyone pay for those feelings is not acceptable so make the effort to be cheerful, if you cant suspect something else is wrong and see a Dr...remember depending on your age it could be hormonal but that to is not an excuse.

It might be any number of things, but you might want to get your blood sugar tested - sometimes diabetics are really insanely grumpy in the morning till they've had their breakfast - my grandma was like that, and so am I. Just a thought.

Try a little exercise. just 20 minutes a day of something as simple as walking can improve your mood dramatically.

You just arent a morning person.. Tell your family to give you at least 30 minutes to wake up, then talk to you. And if they don't. Then you can tell them, you warned them about it.

Stop being a pain in the bum.
Or try to figure out what's making you so mad?
Maybe they have expectations of you that you do not want for yourself?

I get grumpy when I get too much sleep. When I get only four hours of sleep I'm in a happier mood. So less sleep works for me.

Talk to your doctor. Maybe you need some antidepressents.
