1. Count till 10 when u feel angry
2. Drink glasses of water till u calm down.
3. Whenever u r angry say to ur self....cam down till u actually cam down

Or just learn to occupy your time well.

personally i think doing activities like jigsaw puzzles help a lot with patience and increasing attention span.
