I have got a laptop and have to plug the cables in the back like a desktop!! What do I have to do get the wireless connection running again?

Have you installed the Jack Plug in Minus Socket. You may have a loose connection. Try downloading Mac Bright Series 2. This works on all wire less models. Follow the tracts to ZERO - the start again. This usually works. If not - E Mail me.

Different makes of Laptops have different ways of doing it, on mine which is a compaq (HP) you go to control panel > network and internet connections > wireless assistant and switch it back on from there. failing that check your user manual for your laptop. or go to the website for your make of laptop and ask their technical team for their help..
