Depending on the state you live in, Social Services should be able to help you. If your children are still with you and under age or going to school, it would seem that the DA can go after him for child support. I know that in some states, if you had to receive State Aid (Welfare) because he didn't pay child support, they will go after him to pay them back for that too! Best of luck to you and your children.
