I think there are some subtle differences. I have heard that around 25% of homosexuals are lefthanded. I am the only left handed person in my family and for a woman that is unusual . Less than 1% I think.
As for intelligence and creativity my poetry usually impresses people but i can't draw or paint to save my life. My IQ scores vary depending on what test i take but they have always been above average.
I think intelligence is actually quite difficult to assess in anyone as there are so many different types of intelligence and in general i think other genetic influences and things such as life experiences and upbringing make a hell of a lot more difference than hand preferences.

Being ambidextrous I find this question challenging!
There is an old saying that people take with the left hand and give with the right? This may suggest that left-handed people are takers, more careful with money and so perhaps more successful financially.
Another saying refers to an itching palm - if it is the left hand then you can expect to receive money.
As far as intelligence is concerned, handedness is irrelevant. Granted that the hemispheres of the brain are pre-disposed to certain functions, but how one USES their brain - their cognitive ability - determines their measure of intelligence NOT how they use their hands.

I don't think so. Left-handed people are sometimes more creative, and where right-handed people's brains are left dominant, and especially so for language, left handed people's brains can be more dual controlled, and can use both hemispheres for language to some degree.
I don't think it has anything to do with intelligence in terms of IQ but then that depends on how many types of intelligence you believe there to be. Left-handed people may be more creatively-intelligent...

No, (by the way I'm left handed) how can that be proven? I think right handed people are just as smart, I mean it's impossible to tell!

Don't know about more intelligent but we are supposed to be more creative maybe that's because we have to adapt to a world set up to better suited for right handed people.

the most intelligent people use both sides of their brain ie. the logical side mixed with the creative.
The best thinkers on this earth have a healthy mix of both sidedness.
As regards lefties, they are if you did a left handed IQ test under severe time constrained conditions.

No. But from a survey I found that men who are left-handed earn more money than their right-handed colleagues. Left-handed women earn less than their right-handed colleagues.
Weird, but true.

I don´t think that they are more intelligent, but probably they enforce more for do all the things, because the world belogs to the right-handed. For them all are a litlle bit more diffcult, and it makes theire brain work more.
