There is no where better than South Africa, It is a proven fact that there are the only country to have the Big five on land and sea. Kruger Park nearest big city is Cape town,
It has out standing beauty that can not be seen any where but there. It has more big animals than any where and cost peanuts once there, Good restaurants, three beers and a two coures meal= £5. Plus sleeping out in the wild on Safari, It is a life changing experience!
Little monkeys on the side of the road, Penguins on the local beaches! bit much to take in at first, I would recomend it as a holiday to any one!

Well then Canada is probably the best. You can go to Banff in Alberta (fly to Calgary) and you can see lots of Elk, moose and bears. You can go hike in the summer and ski in the winter. You can go White Water rafting (Try Chinookrafting) and go on trail rides on horse back.
The other place in Canada I would say is Vancouver Island. If you go to Victoria (Probably fly to Vancouver and then take the ferry). Victoria has good Whale watching tours and the seals come up to people at the fishermens markets. For more Nature go up the Island to Tefino. They also have Whale Watching tours and an amazing rain forest, you can also surf. Watch out for Mountain Lions though, they just will eat you, game over.
If you want to stay in Europe they I think Norway is the best.

Tiger Tops in Nepal is great! You ride round the reservation on an elephant so the wildlife will not take any notice of you.
