I mean God-beleiving liberal. Remeber liberalism does not say there is no God - it happens that most atheists share liberal views about human existence.

But Jesus wont back the killing of innocents in war for whatever reason (terrorist or not) If he was Bush, he would talk to the 'terrorists' knowing they are also the children of God.

Jesus would not condemn illegal immigrants. Jesus would not bomb Iraq. Jesus would not lie about WMD.

Do you think Jesus cries in heaven for what people are doing in his name?

no he would be a libertarian. I seem to remember he got angry with the way the money lenders were cheating the people in the temple. We are stuck here on this rock together as different people, different cultures. And we arn't doing a very good job of getting along. It's kind of Ironic that most if not all wars are started because of religon directly or indirectly. Jesus stands for love and he died for our sins so that we can be saved and either live in heaven or start a new earth someday. You will probably think me wrong but I will always try and defend myself and family from someone trying to kill me or mine. I guess I'll let god sort it out....

Lets see...I must assume our message here is that you dont like Bush.
Ok that out of the way.

Jesus most likely would not be either. He would be who he was. The only begotton Son of God to bring to man the truth of their eternal existance.

He would not enter into policial arena under any cirumstances, as he did not even do so to save himself, he would not do so today.

Forgiving those to whom we call terrorist is God's duty, but remember, there is a law in all known religions that murder is unlawful even from above. And Jesus you will remember said that we "should render unto Ceasar those things which are Ceasars".

No one has CONDEMN illegal immigrants in this country.

It is wonderful how all the great relgious leaders, especailly Jesus is used to justified mans opinions and actions. No one can nor should they ever try too. You have no authority to do so and it is dangerous to attempt such rethoric for yourself and mankind, we have pages upon pages of history to prove that in trying to do just what you want, it turns out badly for all involved.

Jesus has left man to his own free well, he showed, demontstrated and prsented the way to heaven, it is YOUR duty and works to do exactly as he did, and it maybe that you will not accomplish one wit what he taught , in this life time, but....thats ok, you have eternity. Remember, Jesus went before us, to PREPARE THE WAY. Sounds like we have a lot of work both here and there and beyond. Lets leave Jesus out of the mess we mortals make here on earth.

NO. He was an Orthodox Jew!! No sex before marriage; homosexuality was a no,no; they are very conservative politically;I think you are forgetting his violent tendencies: the incidents on the temple grounds; this thing you wrote about illegal immigrants is strange. When you read the Bible they always identify place of origin, their political, social, religious alliances. In fact it seems worse then than now. About crying in heaven, if he were real he would have stopped the nonsense a long time ago.

O yes Jesus would have been a Liberal, no doubt about it. I like the saying (and its very true) Jesus was a Liberal, Hitler war a Conservative. I'm so tired of Conservatives using Christianity to prop up there views to make them look moral. Conservatives are about as moral as a twenty dollar hooker.

Let's see, long hair, beard, sandals, peace loving, healed the sick (for free), believed in feeding the hungry, respected people who had religious beliefs different from his own, never declared war on anyone. Yeah, he was, and still is, a liberal.
