Rich in what? If you are talking about assets? Then I guess you can look at the way he dresses, the car he drives (but then again, they could all be bought with borrowed money). A 'rich' man in my opinion is someone who has gained the trust and love of many people and who is remembered for his accomplishments and relationships than his pocketbook.

Those men who are "rich" have great material wealth which is apparent in their clothes, homes and accounts; however, I recognize those men who have acquired great knowledge are "rich" also.
Then, there are those who are happy with their lives ... they are "rich." Most people can tell happiness in the way that happy people treat others (I just simply know by the words and actions they use).
A poor man is one that is not happy with his life, has little knowledge or riches and treats others with disdain ... I mean anyone can tell a poor man by his words, actions and appearance.

This is one of those questions that really tests the ability to observe. Rich people merely glance an expensive restaurant menu. The poor man will seek what he likes; but it must be within his budget..

look at his bank account, then look at his assets, and then look at his debts.
I could make 200,000 a year but still be worthless if i owe 500,000 on a house and 40,000 on credit cards.
OR
I could make 40,000 a year, only owe 10,000 left on a house and have no other debt.........
You can't tell by looking at someone if they're wealthy or poor unless they're on the FORBES list....lol....
A poor man can own a good suit.

Simple, by how happy they are.
You don't have to have money to be a rich man, you only need passion in what you do have (family, friends, ect.)

Look at his hands , if he carries things alot or if he uses alot of brute force in work his hands are usually bigger and thicker.
