have u done your basic drawing course.. or learnt art to some extent..if it is just for fun than collect pictures from magazines/new papers.. with different eyes... practice with soft pencil, keep eraser handy,... it may take weeks before you can draw one perfectly... no overwriting.. go slowly with flow.. find some friend.. who can put u onto art teacher for perfection..

Best watch someone who REALLY knows what they're doing. Following written instructions for this is a bit like reading a recipe to taste a dish. Copying is also a good way, copy master drawings (and always attribute them on your drawing, eg. after Leonardo Da Vinci). Cheerio and good luck

Hmm... If I was you I would check out deviantart.com and in the search bar type in "eye tutorials" you will get a ton of them of all styles from realistic to anime. It'll take a lot of pratice, believe me, but once you got it, it'll be second nature to you! Good luck!
