Trick question - - - Native Americans like to fight but they didn't really engage in set battles - - most of the fights between Native Americans and Americans were skirmishes involving fewer than a hundred participants. One could argue about two dozen ranging from Tippecanoe to Little Big Horn - - one of the Big Ifs of History is what if the Native Americans had adopted European tactics and drilled their troops after properly organizing them. Despite heroism & skill the Native Americans put themselves at a major disadvantage by clinging to a system that allowed their numbers to be whittled down to insignfigance.
