Not all women always need affirmation.
Women are bombarded with and indoctrinated to believe their physical appearance is the only thing of value that they have and that men value.
Many women believe this, but not all of them.

Girls are by nature more concern on their appearance so that with confirmation by words of mouth or letter, it will give them the kind of satisfaction that they look good.
It may also apply to some boys also.
Words like pretty, beautiful, charming, sexy, sweet, attractive are similar to some extent have an effect on most girls that they are well look at on their appearance.

because hearing it from chick friends isnt enough. Normally when a chick seeks compliments from males, she's heard more insults than compliments. and, well, some of us just like getting told we're beautiful...it brightens up our day. Like a chick telling a dude he's hardcore in the sack after sexual intercourse. everyone has something that makes them feel great.

Just look at the covers of the magazines in the market and watch some telly. Beauty seems to be the most important thing. It actually sickens me to read those stupid mags! Whatever you do....don't look at another girl while you are out with her.

because we're raised thinking we're all supposed to look like barbie. perfect hair, perfect body, perfect makeup,perfect acceessories.
