Hi Jenni,
I've had food poisoning 6 times.
Hospitalized twice.

First, do you have a fever??
If you're over 102 you need to see a doctor sweetie.

Stay hydrated -
make sure you drink a glass of water every hour...even if you feel it won't stay down...luke warm is better than icey cold.

It will pass...and you're going to feel weak afterwards.
Maalox or Pepto might work...
in the mean time...hunker down and keep drinking water.

Water - - - as pure as possible - - - squat on the toilet and guzzle it down. Also the other end - - - yes an enema helps to get nasty stuff out of the system. At all cost do not take a medicine that cause you to stop shitting - - you will just keep the poison in and get worse. Other treatments - - - papaya - - - - papaya and nothing else for three days that will clean you out quite thoroughly.

No solid food for 24 hours. Only water and very little of that. After 24 hours try a little dry toast or saltine crackers with water if it stays down you're cured. Do not drink any dairy for 48 hours.

The simplest thing to cure from it is to drink loads and loads of water at best to the point that you have to puke. The water also dilutes the intoxicants and in that way slows them down, by which it gives your immune system a better chance of fighting whatever may want to eat you. And do call the doctor.

You really should go see a doctor about that. People can die or lose limbs from the bacteria. Was the chicken on a pizza? I got sick from a pizza and now I can't eat pizza no more.

I used to consume bananas and parmesan cheese (sprinkled on lettuce) and those ingredients are in lots of cases on an mind-blowing form of people's risky checklist. in spite of this, i could on no account consume yogurt or almonds (once I found out they have been seven energy each and each and a couple of energy from fat, I felt greater betrayed than Jon Snow) yet an mind-blowing form of anorexics could completely consume those. in many cases an anorexic will detect some ingredients that they sense they are able to consume and element competently, and characteristic strange obsessions with them. i could down packets of aspartame and binge on frozen corn (your physique can no longer technique the foodstuff in that style). an mind-blowing form of anorexics will consume rice muffins, however I on no account ought to through fact carbs. nutrition plan Coke is an entire nutrition team. heavily, besides the actuality that it hurts like a ***** to swallow, you merely continuously down it. of course eco-friendly tea, lettuce, celery is a good sized one.
