my weight is the right weight but i would like to loss about 5-10 pounds how can i do that fast without a gym and eating healthy

Uh, if you're weight is "right" then I don't suggest you lose anymore weight 'cause then you'd be underweight. I highly doubt there's any way for you to lose weight if you don't eat healthy or workout.

take up dance lessons. dancing has proved to take off weight in the past, and im sure if you get yourself into a good dancing class that you really love, you will start to feel that your self-esteem is improving and start feeling that some of the weight you want to lose will start to come off

Eat only bean burritos until you get to the weight you want. They will provide the protein you need, with very little fat. I have seen this work before.
