Well im 16 and ive been noticing every day when i get up and go outside to work in the yard play basketball etc. i see this girl (my nieghbor) she is beautiful i have never said a word i mean she says hey all the time and things like that but i get wierd feelings about her like I cant stop thinking of her but i just dont no her i dont no if i should comfront her because i dont want to scare her by just being a stranger and comming up i dont no if i should take my shirt off show my body play some ball and see if she looks i jut dont no I NEED HELP lol...

Give her a call, that way you can think about what you want to say before you face her. (Think about what you want to say then call.) The least that way if she says , I'm not interested, its her loss, and your gain. Reason being, she doesn't know what she's missing out on knowing someone very special.
