Every atom has its electrons in certain spheres.Well,it needs to have 8 electrons in its outer sphere in order to be nuetral(it means that it does not react with the other atoms that it comes into contact with) if it has
2 or more spheres ,or 2 electrons in its outer sphere if i has only 1 sphere.

Valency is the no of electrons an atom has to give or take in order to be nuetral.

If you want to have a list of the valencies you can go to:

al or you mean Al?

Al stands for aluminium and has valence +3. This signifies the posivity of the Aluminium element. As metal, it´s a dense metal and non-nobel metal, has low melting point and soft metal, a silver colored metal but nonshiny.

It indicates how many free electrons it has on its outer layer, electrons which could connect with those of another element and create different types of chemical links between them.

It is not common for every component. Depends on structure of component. for Eg Carbon has four valency

valances are just how many electrons are in the outermost shell. a full shell means it doesn't want to react, and a mostly empty shell ups the chance of a reaction
